Style in Academic Writing In-Person
What is academic writing? How do I present myself to my marker?
In this interactive workshop we will contrast academic texts with journalism and other kinds of writing in order to develop an understanding of audience and purpose of academic texts which determines their structure and style. Participants will be asked to analyse texts and discuss their analysis with a partner
