Academic Writing: Cracking the Code In-Person
Tutors expect you to use 'academic writing' in your assignments - but what are the 'rules' and why should you follow them? This workshop gives you the information you need to write appropriately and convincingly by exploring the purpose and features of a successful assignment. It will also show you how to take the drafting and editing process beyond spelling and grammar checking to make informed choices about style, content and structure.
This session is suitable for undergraduates and taught postgraduate students
