Are you a female student eager to develop a startup idea and pitch it in 72 hours? Join Startup Sprint to learn, network, and build skills! This event not only teaches you the foundational knowledge needed to start your own enterprise, but also provides practical experience and a sandbox style environment to explore ideas.

Whether or not you go on to start a company, you will develop entrepreneurial thinking - problem solving, leadership and creativity - that will serve you well in any career.

Event schedule: Monday 2 – Wednesday 4 December 2024  (9:30am-4:30pm).

Monday 2 December: Kick off the event with networking and an idea generation session, then some rapid pitches. Form your team and network over refreshments before starting to explore your idea in more detail and learning about the lean startup method.

Tuesday 3 December: Start the day with an introductory session, then collaborate and strategise, consider business models and your market before receiving feedback from mentors.

Wednesday 4 December: Start the day with an introduction to funding and IP and a training session on how to pitch your business, before diving back into teamwork and delivering your final pitch to a panel of judges. Then relax, celebrate and toast your achievements with refreshments.
