This session specifically caters for markers of Final Online Assessments (FOA). We walk through three routes of transferring FOA marks, from submissions made by students to a separate Canvas course, into the course used by the Mark Transfer Utility. 

During this session you will see

• Canvas Gradebook - Set-up non-graded columns in Canvas. Pre-empt transfer issues to ensure the transfer works first time! (New to Canvas Gradebook? Check IS Training for details)

• Three FOA marking practices: Mark in FOA course using SpeedGrader, export/import to taught course; mark in FOA course using Speedgrader and manually enter in taught course; or, mark directly into taught course.

• The Marks Transfer Utility - Accessed via Faculty Self Service (FSS). An explanation of each panel, what to look for, and a reminder to check your course is up-to-date in Global Curriculum Management (GCM).

• Course Mark Reports (CMR) - A quick reminder on how to generate read-only reports, data security, Course Assessment Boards, and more.

• Questions via Teams Q&A -  Answered by members of Academic Operations and Global IS.

• Details of Support - We'll wrap up looking at the support available and review remaining questions.
