Next Steps in Sustainable Space: In-orbit Insurance and Innovation In-Person
Our University will host The Niparo Summit on Space Sustainability in the Postgraduate Centre from Wednesday 21 - Thursday 22 May, bringing together global leaders from academia, industry, and government to address the challenges of space sustainability and orbital debris mitigation.
As a leader in space photonics, quantum technologies, robotics, and AI, Heriot-Watt is advancing research in sustainable space development, with the summit focusing on space law, risk management, and global collaboration to ensure a safer space environment.
