Learning and Teaching Discovery & Enhancement Programme: Discovery Session (interactive, online workshop) Online

Heriot-Watt is launching a new Learning and Teaching Discovery and Enhancement Programme which aims to create space for collaboration, sharing practice and advancing innovation.
The first Discovery and Enhancement Programme (2025-2028) explores the topic: “Supporting Diverse Learner Journeys”, focusing on strengthening community and belonging.
In this Discovery Workshop we take the first step: Discovery, to share practice, explore global sector insights and consider the next steps towards collaborative action.
To focus our activity, we will be exploring the theme of ‘Supporting Diverse Learner Journeys’ with consideration of:
- Supporting employability & embedding Work-Integrated Learning (WIL).
- Harnessing learning technologies and Artificial Intelligence to support student learning.
- Sustainability and real-world challenges: Developing learning with impact
- Reshaping assessment & feedback: Student-staff co-creation.
- Building belonging: Supporting our global learning community to thrive.
