Getting the most from Peer Observation of Teaching Online

Peer observation of teaching (POT) is a great way to enhance learning and teaching and support professional development.
Observation can be related to a range of activities, including:
- design and delivery of live sessions;
- design of learning resources and activities;
- assessment design,
- marking and feedback;
- provision of support for learning (e.g. demonstrating, tutoring, library and skills support, learning technologist support).
In this session we present the HW Peer Observation of Teaching Scheme (POTS) and discuss how we can all get the most from POTS at Heriot-Watt.
