Writing an Effective Abstract: Winning from the Beginning WEBINAR Online

Learn how to construct an abstract that will greatly improve your chances of publication.

Your paper’s abstract is your first impression and your opening pitch. If an editor or reviewer dislikes your abstract, your chances of acceptance are minimal. But if you adopt the structure and tone used in high-end paper abstracts, your chances of publication increase massively. In this session we analyse the differences between weak and strong abstracts, apply best practice to our own work, and use peer evaluation to hone our writing.
