AI in the Team: a manager's introduction (part of the Manager Bytes Series) Online

This virtual session helps people managers to embed and enable the use of AI in their teams — building confidence, sharing practical examples, and supporting a digitally enabled team culture.

We will:

Share and reflect on how AI is already being used — personally and within teams — and learn from peer examples of early adoption
Gain a clear, practical understanding of Generative AI: what it is, why it matters, and how it fits within a digital-first workplace
Explore a set of actionable tips to help you introduce or deepen AI use in your team — from starting conversations to encouraging responsible, everyday experimentation
