Digital Capabilities and Performance Development Reviews, PDR (for managers and reviewers) Online

This session helps managers explore how to confidently integrate digital capabilities into performance and development conversations. By aligning everyday PDR discussions with the University’s digital strategy, managers can play a key role in supporting staff to grow their digital confidence, skills, and mindset over time. We will:

  • Explore how our two core digital capabilities tools can support ongoing development and how they align with the PDR process.

  • Discuss when and how to bring digital capabilities into PDR conversations in a meaningful, role-relevant way.

  • Use the Digital Capabilities and PDR guidance to support confident, constructive conversations and ongoing development planning.
