In this virtual session we will explore how line managers can enable a culture of digital wellbeing and support their team to work in balanced and sustainable ways. It will:
- Define digital wellbeing in the context of daily work and leadership.
- Recognise common signs of digital overload (e.g. task-switching, always-on habits).
- Explore key Viva Insights features (e.g. focus time, virtual commute, wellbeing check-ins) to support healthier digital habits.
- Understand the manager’s role in promoting positive digital behaviours and creating a culture of digital wellbeing within the team.
