Prerequisites: Completion of both "Introduction to Generative AI Workshop" AND “Boost Your Skills in Microsoft Copilot for Web” or equivalent experience.


Audience: Advanced staff users, digital leads, or those responsible for team knowledge management.

What the session covers:


This session guides you through designing your own Agents to help you with a variety of tasks. You’ll explore advanced prompt engineering, agent behaviour tuning and contextual data mapping.

The session includes a live demo, agent design activities and a follow-up challenge to apply what you’ve built to a real-world scenarios.
