Understanding Motivation and Procrastination for PGR students WEBINAR Online

A three-hour interactive workshop open to all PGR students. Student Wellbeing staff will provide input in the form of a presentation and useful exercises. PGR students will have the opportunity to connect with peers, reflect on their experience undertaking a research project, and share any challenges around maintaining motivation and dealing with procrastination at different stages of their project. This workshop includes discussion in small break-out rooms.

To understand more about the process of motivation and challenges of procrastination and how these might appear during a post-graduate research project. To review evidence-based approaches for dealing with these challenges, exchange helpful tips and advice and find ways forward. We aim to create an encouraging reflective space that supports community and belonging and promotes wellbeing within a positive research culture.
