The Digital Leadership Programme (DLP) supports leaders - both formal and informal - to develop practical capabilities for leading in a continually evolving digital workplace. As the University embeds its digital-first approach, the DLP provides a dedicated space to explore our digital context and leadership. Participants explore the digital workplace, digital leadership and culture, leading digital teams, and supporting digital change.
This cohort runs from November 2025 to February 2026. The programme includes six live virtual workshops, self-study materials, self-review tools, and coaching opportunities. Participants also have the option to complete a digital change project and/or a reflective review, gaining formal recognition from the Institute of Leadership.
